Urban Innovations is a real estate investment company
with a mission to improve communities and the lives of
the people who work and live in our properties.

We are an integrated real estate company offering three core services: acqusitions, redevelopment, and property management.

Acquisitions
In addition to stellar customer service, UI is committed to growth. We have a vision and strategy that works at creating exceptional value for our tenants, residents, investors, the community, and ourselves. As such, our acquisition team plays a pivotal role in identifying and bringing to fruition new business to keep UI vital, alive and evolving.

Redevelopment and Construction
The integrity of our commercial and residential buildings is ensured by the high quality standards of UI's Construction Services team. Their charge is to continually improve the assets UI manages with exceptional project management, skilled craftspeople and an intimate knowledge of the buildings, while always adapting them to the ever-changing needs of our tenants and residents.

Property Management
Our residents and tenants come for the building and its amenities, and remain for the service. Our property managers are constantly on site, talking to the residents and tenants, troubleshooting problems and anticipating needs. They work with the maintenance and engineering teams to ensure that our high standards for safety, productivity, and quality of life are always met. We know that a place to live or work is only as good as the people who make it work.

Leasing
There is more to finding the right space than the right address. Transportation, community, safety and security, maintenance, communications, cleaning, energy efficiency, caring and responsive staff members, parking, rent, improvements are all variables that can make an office or apartment a home. Our leasing professionals are experts at understanding our customers' needs and ensuring the space and services we offer are a perfect fit.

Asset Management
We manage our portfolio of residential and commercial properties in a manner that maximizes their ongoing value. UI buys and revitalizes and/or repurposes existing residential and commercial properties adding comfort, quality, and greater efficiency in the process. The result is redeveloped buildings with innovative designs, energy efficiencies, communication systems, and creature and aesthetic comforts, all at very affordable prices.
