In his role as Director of Human Resources, Scott leads the Urban Innovations HR team in supporting our talented professionals with competitive compensation, recruiting and employee development. In his role as Director of Marketing, Scott leads the Marketing Team in company communications, promotions, and branding. Scott holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University and a MBA from Northern Illinois University. Scott has over 20 years of experience in architecture, human resources, and marketing.
