Since joining Urban Innovations in 1996, Dave Deuter has been involved in all facets of the management of UI's commercial properties including building renovation, lease negotiations, tenant build-outs, tenant relations, new acquisition due diligence support and physical plant maintenance. Dave directs a team that consists of property managers, leasing agents, maintenance staff, construction project managers and construction labor that is responsible for all aspects of operating UI's Chicago office properties.

Prior to joining UI, Dave worked with four different general contractors completing a diverse range of projects while participating in all phases of real estate development. Dave is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of Architecture.
