As a Project Manager for the Redevelopment team, Joe comprehensively manages construction projects for Urban Innovations and assists in the directing and supervising of all aspects of the construction of commercial and senior housing properties. He has been part of the UI team since 2007.

Prior to joining UI, Joe worked for two different developers/general contractors, where he completed a diverse range of projects while participating in all phases of real estate development. Joe is a graduate of the Michigan State University School of Engineering.
