Mike has over 25 years of experience in banking, finance and asset management. He brings a unique perspective to Urban, having worked extensively on behalf of both investors and service providers in real estate transactions. Mike's main responsibility is the establishment of current and long-range goals and objectives for the organization. He plans and coordinates the daily operations of the company and develops and implements strategies to improve financial and operational performance of the organization.

Mike earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a master's degree from DePaul University. He spends much of his spare time involved in his children's extracurricular activities, playing golf, and traveling.
