In his role as a Senior Project Manager, Tony, along with the rest of the Redevelopment team, is responsible for tenant improvement, capital improvement, and construction on UI's commercial properties, as well as coordinating and managing the development of UI's senior housing properties. Additionally, he assists the Acquisitions department with developing budgets and completing due diligence reports. Tony has been with UI since 2003.
