Andrew is responsible for acquisition and development, financial analysis and strategy, and portfolio financing for UI's Senior Housing Department. He also coordinates and places both long and short term debt for all product types.

Prior to working at UI, Andrew gained experience in real estate development, investment banking, management acquisition, and consulting. He received a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
