Bonita Vinson

As a Regional Property Manager with more than 29 years of senior housing experience, Bonita oversees numerous senior housing properties for Urban Innovations.

Bonita's certifications include: ARM, COS, Tax Credit Specialist, Sight-Based Budget Specialist, Certified Manager of Housing and Management, and Occupancy Review Specialist. She is also a licensed leasing agent in Illinois and a member of IREM.
