As a Regional Manager at Urban Innovations, Christopher is responsible for the oversight of numerous Senior Housing Properties, including the management and maintenance of the properties and compliance with HUD and other governing authorities, regulations, and requirements. He's been part of the UI team since 2007. Christopher has 20 years of experience working in healthcare and senior living services with a concentration in assisted and independent living. Christopher obtained his undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and did graduate work at the Fielding Institute. He is a Certified Occupancy and Tax Credit Specialist.
