As a Regional Property Manager, Kim oversees the daily operation of numerous senior housing properties, including the management and maintenance of the properties and compliance with HUD and other governing authorities, regulations and requirements. She also provides due diligence services to the Acquisition Team and acts as a liaison among city, state, and federal agencies, the general contractor, architects, and helps coordinate their activities.

Kim has worked in the real estate industry for over 15 years. She holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Chicago State University, is a Certified Property Manager, Certified Occupancy Specialist, Tax Credit Specialist, and holds a Real Estate Sales License from the State of Illinois. She is a member of the Executive Council of Chicago Chapter of the Institute fo Real Estate Management and the Chicago Association of Realtors.
