As Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management, Monica is one of the few affordable housing professionals with a unique understanding of all aspects of the "deal."  Monica not only leads the Acquisition team, but also the Management team.  Therefore, she is truely involved and accountable for the "life" of the project.

Monica received her law degree from the University of Oregon and after initially concentrating on municipal bonds, turned to affordable housing, focusing on the Section 42 tax credit program and HUD Section 8.  Monica also served as Vice-Chair of the Oregon State Housing Council from 1996 until 2000.
