Pam coordinates the Compliance team's activities across the Senior Housing portfolio, including internal audits for both Section 8 and Tax Credit, managing external audits and responses, maintaining relationships with Contract Authorities and HUD, and providing due diligence support for acquisitions. 

Prior to joining UI, Pam ran a software consultancy specializing in high-end publishing solutions and was active in international committees that determined data standards for electronic documentation.
