Pam is responsible for Urban's KM program, with a focus on improving productivity and profitability through training, processes and technology.  She also directs the Compliance team's activities across the Senior Housing portfolio and provides support to the acquisition team.

Prior to joining UI, Pam owned a software consultancy specializing in high-end publishing solutions and was active in international committees that determined data standards for electronic documentation.
