Steve brings over 11 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry to UI's Acquisitions department. His responsibilities include acquisition, development, financial analysis and negotiation, as well as property and portfolio financing.

Steve received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan and Juris Doctor from Georgetown University. He has lobbied for low-income housing legislation and is also the current president of CityPAC, a Chicago-based political action committee.
