Building for a Better Tomorrow

North Wells Capital, the investment management affiliate of Chicago-based Urban Innovations, Ltd., and leasing partner JLL have launched the “Building for a Better Tomorrow” campaign, aimed at companies eyeing a safe return to the office in 2021.

The campaign centers on North Wells’ three-building Verso campus in River North. The company says the properties were designed with the health and wellness of tenants at the forefront. The structure, function, and technology of these buildings will support each tenant’s ability to better control their environment.

“As developers and property managers, our role is to look forward, putting in place the systems for a safe return to the office and anticipating what companies will need next,” said Jim Fox, CEO of North Wells. “The size of these buildings, the vibrancy and accessibility of the neighborhood, and all of the in-place systems prove that Verso is built for this.”
