Urban Innovations Finalizes Six Leases in River North

Urban Innovations recently signed six new or renewing leases in downtown’s River North neighborhood. Aaron Zaretsky and Candice Murphy of Urban Innovations represented ownership on all six transactions, which included:

• Azimuth, an employment agency, renewed in a different 1,003-square-foot suite in 325 W. Huron, represented by CBRE’s Brian McDonnell. 

• Capital Source Group signed a 1,083-square-foot new lease in 440 N. Wells. Jonathan Zimmerman from InCommercial Property Group represented the capital procurement firm.

• CDL 1000 Inc. signed a 2,925-square-foot lease at 212 W. Superior. The supply-chain logistics company was represented by Colliers International’s Lois Durkin. 

• Investment firm Project One Capital leased 1,465 square feet at 444 N. Wells, also represented by Durkin.

• Aflac agency Rockwell & Associates signed a 5,000-square-foot new lease in 325 W. Huron, represented by North Park Realty’s Eric Turrin.  

• The National Anti-Vivisection Society leased 2,566 square feet at 444 N. Wells, represented by @Properties Commercial’s Larry Cohn.
