Project Summary: Urban Innovations ltd., worked with architecture firm Charlie Greene Studio to bring this stunning 15,000 SF spec suite to life. A hospitality-forward entry provides a warm welcome with meeting spaces configured adjacent to a hospitality zone. The work areas built were comprised of four distinct zones connected by an open cell ceiling feature. Finishes, furniture, and lighting give the space a crisp and contemporary aesthetic. In addition to the spec suite, as part of the overall project UI renovated the building’s 36th-floor common corridors, elevator lobby, and toilet rooms.
