Urban Innovations Earns Two Green Globes

Our building at 311 W Huron has achieved Two Green Globes® certification through the Green Building Initiative as a new construction project.

The Green Building Initiative is a non-profit organization, and Green Globes® is its nationally recognized certification program for sustainable, energy-efficient, and healthy buildings. From the start, sustainability was intentionally woven into the design and build process of 311 W Huron, including thoughtful material selection, energy-efficient systems, daylighting strategies, and a focus on healthier spaces for those who work and visit here. Achieving this level of certification required a coordinated effort across design, construction, and operations, and we’re grateful to the partners and internal teams who helped bring this milestone to life.
